What people ask most before booking.

What is medical coordination?

It is a support and management service: we organize your appointments, tests and instructions when you see several specialists, help you understand them and follow up. It does not diagnose or provide treatment.

Does it replace my doctor or specialists?

No. Your treating doctors still decide your diagnosis and treatment. We connect them with you and with each other so everything is clear and aligned.

What is a session like?

It can be by video call or in person. You choose the service and an available time, and you receive the confirmation and your session link by email. The length depends on the service.

How much does it cost and how do I pay?

Each service shows its price in Mexican pesos, US dollars or euros; you choose the currency. You can pay at your session or, when available, by card or PayPal.

How do I book an appointment?

Go to Book session, choose a service, pick one of the available times (we suggest the nearest ones), enter your details and confirm. It is online and takes a couple of minutes.

Is my information protected?

Yes. We handle your data according to our privacy notice and Mexican personal data protection law. It is used only to schedule and follow up on your session, and you can exercise your ARCO rights at any time.

Which languages do you offer?

Spanish and English. The website, confirmations and sessions are available in both languages.
