2. Data we collect

Name, email, phone, language and any notes you choose to share when booking. Those notes may include health information (symptoms, medications, instructions), which is sensitive personal data; it is processed only with your express consent, and sharing it is voluntary.

3. Purposes

To schedule, confirm and follow up on your medical coordination sessions; to contact you about your appointment; and, if you choose online payment, to process it. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that let us run the service: website hosting, email delivery, anti-spam verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) and, if you pay online, the payment processor (Stripe or PayPal). We may also disclose it when a competent authority requires it.

5. ARCO rights and withdrawal

You may access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to alan@dralanflores.com with your name and request. We will answer within 20 business days.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data as long as needed for your care and applicable obligations, and use reasonable technical measures (encrypted connection, restricted access) to protect it.

8. Cookies

We use necessary cookies (to keep your session, language and currency, protect the site and remember your cookie choice) which do not need consent because the site cannot work without them. Only if you accept, we may use analytics (Google Analytics) and marketing (Meta Pixel). We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the page footer; your choice is kept for 6 months. If you pay online, Stripe or PayPal may use their own cookies on their payment pages.

Any change will be published on this page with a new version.
